Hildebrandt to take part in the ‘Courts as law-makers for the internet?’ workshop (22 April 2021)

‘Courts of the future - the future of courts’ is an online workshop series organised by the Leibniz Institute for Media Research - Hans Bredow Institute that takes a deep dive into the role of technology in and in front of courts, of platform courts and of the use of courts to effect social changes.

Mireille Hildebrandt will take part in the first workshop ‘Courts as law-makers for the internet? Limits and potentials of norm entrepreneurship’ where the keynote will be provided by AG Maciej Szpunar, CJEU.
